Assistant Store Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience in a high-volume location and managing a large team.
- Previous experience in a leadership role, including coaching team members.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to obtain strong product knowledge.
- Lead by example in the delivery of genuine and exceptional customer
service within both your store and business as a whole.
- Able to multitask and provide excellent customer service to multiple customers.
- Have the confidence to style customers and introduce them to new products.
- Driven to learn more about the fashion industry and the ethos of our brand - sustainability is a BIG part of who we are (we’re a certified B Corp), and we want you to be as passionate about it as we are.
- Previous experience working in retail (fashion).
- Availability to work Sunday – Thursday.
