The Role - Digital Content Coordinator

The Digital Content Coordinator reports into the Digital Marketing Manager to execute on the content strategy across various digital marketing channels.

This involves managing the scheduling and production of digital content, ensuring timely updates, accurate testing, and engaging in tasks such as content creation, copywriting, reporting, capturing insights, and market research to enhance the overall digital marketing efforts.

Your new day-to-day:

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

Support the Digital Marketing Manager in the content strategy planning and implementation
Be responsible for briefing and scheduling content across all digital marketing channels (paid media, email and SMS)
Be responsible for the briefing of digital content assets to ensure timely production
Regularly update content calendar based on business requirements
Support with copywriting for all digital marketing channels
Monitor performance and capture reporting insights for the digital marketing channels
Complete market research to capture insights and trends

On your first day, we expect you already have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years' experience in a similar role. Experience within the fashion/beauty retail landscape highly regarded.
A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and content strategies.
Experience with digital marketing channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and website content.
Experience using SMS or Email automation platforms.
Excellent written communication skills with a strong understanding of the DISSH aesthetic + tone of voice for copywriting and content creation.
Basic analytical skills to assist in reporting and capturing insights from digital marketing efforts.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
A willingness to learn and a proactive can-do attitude.
