Threadicated is in search of a dynamic Growth Marketing Specialist to join our values-driven team. As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing and social media strategy, creating content for both paid and organic channels, SEO, and beyond.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:
· Create and implement data-driven growth strategies to acquire and retain clients.
· Identify and explore new channels for client acquisition and brand exposure.

Social Media & Performance Marketing:
· Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
· Utilise analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
· Conduct A/B testing to optimise ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements.

Content:
· Create diverse content types, including but not limited to blog posts, social media visuals, and videos, contributing to a cohesive and impactful content strategy.
· Utilise content marketing to drive organic traffic and enhance brand visibility.

SEO and SEM:
· Optimise website content for search engines to improve organic visibility.
· Develop and execute SEM campaigns.

User Retention:
· Implement strategies to increase client loyalty and lifetime value.
· Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture and retain clients.

Analytics and Reporting:
· Regularly analyse marketing performance data to derive actionable insights.
· Prepare detailed reports on KPIs and recommend improvements.

What You'll Need

· Strong understanding of a growth marketing role and/or content creation experience.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and paid advertising channels.
· Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance.
· Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content.
· Familiarity with growth hacking tactics, viral marketing, and referral programs.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
