Role summary
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Champion to join our fun, friendly, and supportive team.
If you love working in a collaborative environment, enjoy helping customers, and take pride in going above & beyond, this role is for you! You will be part of a super supportive team that works together to create seamless customer interactions.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Answer a range of customer queries via phone and email
- Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service and professionalism
- Process orders, credits, and a range of other administrative tasks
- Follow up with customers regarding orders
- Arrange freight collections
- Assist other team members where required with admin and ad hoc task

- Tapware experience & experience in order processing & logistics will be highly regarded.
