General Manager

Role summary

The General Manager of O&M will have full responsibility over all business operations and report into the Founder and the Board of Directors . The GM will have executive management experience, a track record of leading a growing business and team, and deep operational and commercial competency. This executive will require strong background in product, supply chain, and finance.

This is considered one of the most important leadership roles in the organisation because of its stewardship over a brand with a legacy of values-led innovation and potential for continued significant growth. Additionally, this hire will mark an inflection point for the business as this is will be the first “second-in-command” to Jose, assuming ownership of day-to-day operations following a fulsome onboarding and transition stage.

The GM will provide leadership and direction to the O&M team to execute the vision – enabling the business to increase the value of its brand & product portfolio, drive sales & profitable growth, and optimise product & supply chain. The GM will align all the resources within the organisation to take innovative products from development through production, ultimately delivering against bold top-line and bottom-line expectations. This role holds significant fiduciary responsibility, with ultimate accountability for financial and operational results. The GM will be a dynamic, inspiring leader who is able to drive team cohesion while instilling a spirit of performance. They will ensure that the team is focused on key priorities to drive accountability and results.
