Role summary

Marketing Manager (Contractor Role – 3.5 to 4 Days/Week - ongoing.)
Working across two clients of The Brand Aid: Multipanel (Building Products) and MP Orthodontics (Specialist Healthcare)

$600 per day + GST. Must have an ABN.

This is a hands-on, flexible marketing role ideal for an experienced contractor who thrives on delivery. You’ll be supporting two established businesses across digital, content, CRM, and partner/channel marketing. The role is offered through The Brand Aid and has limited day-to-day oversight from our internal CMO, so you’ll need to be confident owning and driving the execution of marketing plans.

Client 1: MP Orthodontics (Specialist Healthcare – Cheltenham)
Focus: Referral relationship marketing, local patient acquisition, and CRM optimisation

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate referring dentist program: welcome kits, follow-ups, events, relationship nurturing
- Run local marketing initiatives: cinema ads, sports sponsorships, social media content, SMS reviews
- Streamline and update CRM (ActiveCampaign) and manual patient tracking
- Manage content and design coordination: brochures, social, education-based materials
- Align campaigns with clinic capacity, peak times, and growth goals

Client 2: Multipanel (Building Products – Remote)
Focus: Trade channel growth, stockist support, content rollout, and sales enablement

Key Responsibilities:
- Retail & Channel Growth
- Roll out onboarding plans for independent tile shops
- Build and manage outreach campaigns and databases
- Support entry into modular housing and commercial builder markets
- Stockist & Partner Support
- Create and manage distributor marketing toolkits and materials
- Maintain up-to-date shared asset libraries and content folders
- Develop simple co-marketing tools and training resources
- CRM & Sales Tools
- Assist with CRM migration from Pipedrive to Zoho
- Maintain clean databases for partners and stockists
- Help define basic automation or process needs
- Content & Social Media
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars
- Schedule and post across social channels
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Campaign Support
- Coordinate Channel Nine product placement and related content rollouts
- Align trade campaigns with internal teams and contractors
- Basic Reporting
- Track content and campaign activity
- Provide summaries of what’s working and areas to improve
