Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our Melbourne CBD team. You’re a team player with a positive, can-do attitude. You live and breathe fashion and are the first to know about the next big trend. You can think on your feet, love a chat, and problem-solve like a pro. You are someone who wants to develop their skills and grow within the business. While you love a laugh, you pride yourself on your work ethic and getting the job done.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead by example in delivering genuine and exceptional customer service
- Style customers and introduce them to new products.
- Be driven to learn more about the fashion industry and the ethos of our brand - sustainability is a BIG part of who we are (we’re a certified B Corp), and we want you to be as passionate about it as we are.
- Assist with online customer service, including fulfilling orders, click and collect, holds, and inquiries.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and housekeeping standards in-store.

Availability to work Tuesday - Saturday roster cycle.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.

$64,000 per year plus superannuation.
