Retail Sales Associate

We’re searching for a superstar sales associate to join our Fortitude Valley team. Our team goes above and beyond to get the job done; our customers are our top priority. We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic and passionate individuals who live for retail, provide killer customer service, and don’t mind shoes, too.

You’re a team player with a positive, can-do attitude. You live and breathe fashion, and you’re the first to know about the next big trend. You can think of your feet, love a chat and can problem-solve like a pro. While you love a laugh, you pride yourself on your work ethic and getting the job done.

KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Able to work collaboratively with team members
- Experience in the retail and fashion industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to obtain strong product knowledge
- Able to multitask and provide excellent customer service to multiple customers
- Have the confidence to style customers and introduce them to new products
- Passion to challenge yourself to achieve company and personal objectives
- Driven to learn more about the fashion industry and the ethos of our brand - sustainability is a BIG part of who we are (we're a certified B Corp), and we want you to be as passionate about it as we are
- Availability to work weekends
