Administration Support (6 mth contract)
Role summary
We’re looking for someone to join the team to support in an administration capacity. Our team all work remotely, so this role will focus on administration tasks that connect and support our team, clients and government agencies.
About you:
A proactive, natural & confident communicator, with an organised and efficient approach to administration duties. You may come from a PA, EA or administration background, but have confidence in working with a range of stakeholders. You are tech savvy and must have a willingness to learn and use new platforms.
Supporting the Fifty Acres government relations and advocacy arm, an understanding or interest in federal and state government is desirable but not essential.
Day to day tasks will include:
- Calling the office of a member of parliament to book a meeting for our CEO
- Manage the calendars of the CEO and the Managing Director
- Liaising with our clients or government/political influencers to book meetings
- Manage administration support including preparing reports, presentations, data entry
- Book travel plans for the team
- Line up a Zoom call for our team and clients
Start date: As soon as possible.
Hours: 30-40 hours per week - with flexibility for caring requirements
