In-House Sales Representative

Role summary

As an In-House Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in growing Rollie Nation's wholesale presence. Your primary focus will be identifying and securing new wholesale accounts, be in-house sales rep for Victoria & Tasmania regions and ensuring the brand and its products are represented in the right stores to drive brand success.

Role Key Responsibilities:
- In-house sales representative for Victoria and Tasmania regions: Represent, sell and promote the brand to existing retail partners in Victoria and Tasmania. Drive sales, build strong relationships, as well as expand market presence.
- New Account Acquisition: Proactively identify, approach, and secure new wholesale accounts across Australia that align with the Rollie Nation brand, focusing on expanding physical presence.
- Market Analysis: Research and analyse market trends to identify key opportunities for brand placement and growth.
Sales Growth: Strategically develop sales plans to increase revenue through new and existing accounts.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure Rollie Nation products are positioned in stores that resonate with the brand's identity and target customer base.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales progress, account acquisition, and market insights to the Sales Manager.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand campaigns and product launches with retailer feedback.
- Account Management: Work with Sales manager to develop and nurture strong relationships with retail partners.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with retail partners.
- A proactive and goal-driven attitude with a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to analyse market trends and align them with brand opportunities.
- A keen eye for identifying stores and partners that align with Rollie Nation’s brand values and ethos.
